Subscription Cancellation Policy

2. Subscription Period
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions: If you are on a monthly subscription plan, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions: If you are on an annual subscription plan, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual period. You will have access to the service until the end of the current annual period.


3. Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions: We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a monthly subscription period. Once the current billing cycle ends, your subscription will be canceled, and you will not be charged for the following period.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, refunds are only available under specific conditions as outlined below:
  • Cancellation within the First 14 Days: If you cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation After 14 Days: If you cancel after the first 14 days, you will receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the annual subscription period.

4.1 Administrative Fees: There are no administrative fees associated with subscription cancellations.


5. Reactivation
5.1 Reactivation of Cancelled Subscription: If you decide to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you will need to subscribe again at the current rates and terms available at that time.
